I’m an IT professional & was a New mom when I joined #eatRight program.

I started the program when my baby was 8 months old. Yogesh helped me customize this progarm for my needs, which included #lowcarb Nutrition, right kind of supplements, and apt workouts which were home-bound considering the COVID situation in 2021-22.

Fatloss & Sports Performance

On eatRight Program I lost ~11 Kgs in 8 months (74 to 63.2 Kgs).

I started with Vegetarian Protein and lowcarb diet. And I am following the same for last 2.5 years. I was also excelled in various sports activities which was kind of challenging before the start of the program due to weight issues.

Here are my few Personal Bests (as of June 21):

  • Running: Couldn’t run earlier, Now I can do 4.5 KMs in 37 minutes
  • Floors : Earlier 5 floors max, my personal best is 160 floors at one go
  • Cycling : earlier 3 km in 45 mins, Now I can cycle 16 Km in 60 mins
  • Suryanamaskars: Earlier could do 5-6 Repetitions, I have reached upto 60 reps in 1 go.

I must say, it was a fantastic experience working with Yogesh on his advice.

Yogesh plans literally everything for you. That includes, diet, exercise, supplements, eating times and habits, sleep levels, water consumption etc. What we liked the most is Yogesh’s follow up and changes recommended based on logs and results. He makes sure that you achieve desired results by regular calls and advising. Yogesh has shared many recipes which help you make feel that you are not on diet per say.

Anushree’s sugar levels were 96 which dropped to 48 in three months. She reduced her weight by 12 kgs and now looking very slim and fit. I have reduced my weight by 5 kgs and my sugar levels are within the rage. NHS is happy with what we have achieved.

We plan to continue to follow Yogesh’s advice to stay healthy and fit.

Metabolics : Correction in LIPIDs and Fatloss

Covid struck me during the deadly second wave and my health completely went for a toss. Post covid did a normal health check up and found most of my numbers like fasting glucose, cholesterol all those were not in the optimal range.

While I was aware of the various weight loss options available on the internet – I needed someone whom I can trust and confide upon. I have been following Yogesh for some time – since we both worked together in the same company and finally decided to give him a call one fine day and I guess it was one of the best decisions on my recent times.

I am confident to say that it has become my lifestyle. My weight has dropped from 82 to 69 and my insulin levels are back to normal. In addition to the above – the simple exercises like floor climbing and inclined push ups helps me to keep my energy levels high through out the day.

Sports Performance : Sub 2 Half Marathon

My 21 KM run performance was improved from 2 hr 20min to 1hr 52min. I was finally able to achieve Half Marathon in sub-2 hour time.

On eatRight program I was following vegetarian protein and lowcarb foods. I also lost 8 Kgs & 4 inches at the waist. Have achieved better control over cravings.

Eating right food in right quantity. Rice, Sugar intake reduced to almost zero. Included more dal based food items, coconut oil in diet. Also made changes to my workout routine, by including HIIT and Strength running activities in addition to usual practice runs.

The Program brought a wonderful transformation in me by holistic lifestyle changes.

We got great results within 3 months. The Cholesterol levels are completely under control so also the vitamin levels. My wife reduced 8KG of weight within 3 months and most importantly, her Thyroid levels are also normal. I lost around 4 Kg weight but most importantly it helped me to get rid of health issues like acidity, and bloating completely. I had 2 deranged Liver enzyme parameters leading to Fatty liver, which became range-bound at the end of 3 months.
