Are there any special foods, meals required on the program?
Plan consists of simple, home made yet nutrient dense foods. No exotic foods required
Are these gym-bound workouts? What’s the difficulty level
These are 100% home-bound, moderate intensity body weight workouts. The plan is always devised only after assessing trainees current workout volume / pre-existing conditions / abilities
What do i do after initial 90 days program
The trainee can continue with guided-maintenance-program on a monthly subscription
Can trainees have any cheat meals?
Since this is a Lifestyle Reset Program, meanings /definition of many aspects about food, including cheat meals will be redefined during the course of the Program
Is alcohol allowed as part of the program?
Alcohol is a personal choice & once the trainee understands the nutritional aspect associated with alcohol, she/he can take a more informed decision on the same
